Refund policy

Cosplay Props STL Pack is a digital download. Once files are delivered, refunds are limited to cases where a file will not download or will not open, after you have given us a chance to replace it in Printer Chat.

1-Hour Printer Support is a 60-minute online session. If we cannot start the session inside the 14-day access window for a reason on our side, ask for a refund through Whop. Used sessions are not refunded.
